Clarice Mary Stackelberg was a British-born painter, graphic artist, and baroness who lived in Finland and Sweden. Born on December 13, 1912, in Scotland, she studied painting in London, Paris, and Florence during the 1930s. During the Winter War, she worked as an announcer for English broadcasts at Yleisradio. Her husband was a cotton broker in Finland. Stackelberg was convicted of espionage for Great Britain during the Continuation War.
