Clifton Lee Ray Jr. is an American serial killer born on July 27, 1958. He was responsible for at least three murders in Kansas City, Missouri between 1987 and 1992 and is suspected in six additional murders. Convicted of killing his neighbor in 1995, he faced a potential parole until DNA evidence connected him to the murders of Deborah Taylor and Joycie Flowers. In October 2007, he was convicted for these murders and sentenced to life imprisonment.
