Cornelius John 'Con' Regan was an Australian rules footballer known for his tenure at East Fremantle in the WANFL from 1953 to 1965. He was notable for being the first player to reach 250 games for East Fremantle and played for Western Australia seven times. Regan participated in eight grand finals, winning one premiership in 1957. Post-retirement, he coached and continued in football while working as a police officer. He received numerous accolades for his contributions to the sport, including the Jack Titus Award.
