Constance Hopkins Snow Dallas (1902-1983) was an influential American politician associated with the Democratic Party. She notably served on the Philadelphia City Council for the 8th district and made history as its first female member after her election in 1951. Despite her future defeat in 1955, she later worked as a newspaper editor and investment banker before retiring.
