Constantin Petrea is a Romanian politician born on December 11, 1955, in Bogdănești, Vaslui County. He served as a member of the Romanian Parliament (deputy) from 2004 to 2008, elected on the lists of the Democratic Party (PD), which later became the Democratic Liberal Party (PD-L). Petrea was a member of the Romanian Communist Party (PCR) from 1983 to 1989 without holding any political office during that time. He was also involved in friendship groups with Portugal and South Africa.
