Costache Mircea is a former Romanian deputy who served in the 2000-2004 and 2004-2008 legislatures, elected from Buzău County on the PRM party lists. During his first term, he was a member of friendship parliamentary groups with Malaysia and the United Kingdom, and in his second term, he belonged to the friendship group with Poland. He switched from PRM to PC in September 2008.
