Craig A. Kraft is an accomplished American sculptor born on December 7, 1949, known for his innovative use of neon light in sculpture. He has gained widespread recognition for both his private commissions and monumental public art installations, such as Lightweb in Silver Spring, MD. Over his career, Kraft has participated in more than 120 exhibitions across the U.S., including solo shows and public installations. His work is included in the Museum of Neon Art's permanent collection, and he has been a prominent figure in the art community as a faculty member at the Smithsonian since 1992.
