Creu Casas i Sicart (April 26, 1913 – May 20, 2007) was a Spanish pharmacist, teacher, and bryologist, recognized as one of the most important figures in botany in the 20th century. She specialized in lower plants, particularly mosses and liverworts. Inspired by her father, a skilled gardener, she pursued pharmacy studies at the University of Barcelona and later became a prominent educator. Throughout her career, she published 216 works, contributed significantly to bryology, founded the Spanish Bryological Society, and authored notable references in the field.
