Crisostom (Machiariotis), born on June 4, 1938, in Palaiometocho, British Cyprus, is a Greek Cypriot theologian and Orthodox cleric. He served as the Metropolitan of Kiti for 46 years until his resignation on June 19, 2019, following allegations of indecent assault on a minor. He was convicted by the Larnaca District Court and given a 12-month suspended prison sentence pending appeal. He was suspended on June 3, 2023, by the Holy Synod of the Church of Cyprus.
