Cynthia Marshall, also known as Cynt Marshall, is an American business executive born on December 15, 1959. She has been the CEO of the Dallas Mavericks since 2018, making her the first Black woman to hold a CEO position in the NBA. Prior to this role, she spent 36 years at AT&T, where she last served as the officer for inclusion and diversity. Marshall is recognized as a champion for women's rights, promoting her philosophy 'HASU' (Help A Sister Up).
