Cyril Bourlon de Rouvre is a French businessman and politician born on December 19, 1945, in Boulogne-Billancourt. He was the son of industrialist Évrard Bourlon de Rouvre and Claude Genty. Cyril inherited sugar refineries and estates from his great-grandfather, Charles Bourlon de Rouvre. In the early 1990s, he owned the Équipe Ligier F1 racing team but was implicated in a fraud case in 1993, which led to him selling the team to Flavio Briatore. He graduated from the Institut polytechnique des sciences avancées.
