Dácio Múcio de Souza was a Brazilian businessman born in Luz on February 7, 1946. He moved from his home state of Minas Gerais to São Paulo in 1970 and founded Grupo Europa, a company specializing in water purifiers, in 1979. Tragically, in 2009, he lost his son Dácio Mucio Souza Junior, who was fatally stabbed by a bakery employee in downtown São Paulo. Souza passed away on July 7, 2010, in São Paulo.
