Dagfinn Ellif Kjeholt (1912–2005) was a Norwegian naval officer born in Horten. He graduated in 1936 and served as second-in-command on HNoMS Sleipner during WWII before commanding HNoMS Glaisdale. His distinguished military career earned him numerous awards, including several medals from Norway, Britain, France, and the United States. Post-war, he continued in the military and achieved the rank of rear admiral in 1958.
