Dagmar Melzer is a former German high jumper who represented East Germany. Born on June 23, 1945, she earned a bronze medal at the 1964 European Junior Championships. She achieved 7th place at the 1966 European Championships and 4th at the 1967 European Indoor Championships. Melzer was also a DDR national vice champion and indoor champion multiple times. Her personal best clearance of 1.77 meters was recorded on June 22, 1968. She competed for SC DHfK Leipzig.
