Daiyū Nobori is a Japanese entrepreneur, researcher, and programmer born on November 17, 1984. While studying at the University of Tsukuba, he developed SoftEther 1.0 in 2003 and founded SoftEther Inc. the following year, where he serves as Chairman. In April 2017, he became an associate professor at Tsukuba University and was appointed a visiting professor in April 2022. He holds a significant role at the IPA Cyber Security Center as a research director and began working at NTT East in 2020 while concurrently managing various positions, including a member of the WIDE Project.
