Damián García Puig was a Spanish journalist, entrepreneur, and editor born in Barcelona on April 24, 1956. At twenty, he coordinated and directed the magazine Vibraciones and later founded his own publishing house. He created influential music magazines including Rock Espezial and Rockdelux. In 1985, he launched the monthly magazine Primera Línea for Grupo Zeta. He held various editorial roles and directed successful ventures. García Puig was also involved in nightlife as the director of Barcelona's Studio 54 and produced youth television programs. He passed away on March 5, 2020.
