Daniel von Pamphilon, born Wladymyr Olehowytsch Selynskyj on September 28, 1972, in Butschatsch, USSR, is an Orthodox clergyman and Archbishop of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Diaspora. He leads the Ukrainian Orthodox Eparchy of Western Europe, which operates under the auspices of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. His religious leadership plays a significant role in the representation and administration of the Orthodox faith among Ukrainian communities abroad.
