Darío Ramón Vivas Velasco (June 12, 1950 – August 13, 2020) was a Venezuelan politician who played a significant role in the country's political landscape. He was a member of the 2017 National Constituent Assembly and served as the Governor of the Capital District. Vivas previously held office as a deputy in the National Assembly for the Capital District, served two terms as its first vice president, and was the vice president of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Conference in 2015.
