Darshan Singh Gill, born in 1948 in India, is a Malaysian lawyer and prominent advocate for the Sikh community in Malaysia. He studied law in London and established a law practice in Ipoh. Gill was the first Sikh appointed to the Royal Council of Perak and held positions in the Malaysian Sikh Union and the Malaysia National Sikhs Movements. He is also known for his contributions to cycling as president of various cycling federations and for initiating the construction of the Rakyat Velodrom in Ipoh.
