Daryl Lane Caudle is a United States Navy admiral, born in 1963, and currently serves as the 35th commander of the United States Fleet Forces Command since December 7, 2021. Previously, he commanded Naval Submarine Forces (COMSUBFOR), where he was responsible for the strategic vision of the submarine force. He also led Commander, Submarine Force Atlantic (COMSUBLANT) and served as the principal undersea warfare advisor for NATO at the Allied Submarine Command. Prior to these roles, he was the Vice Director for Strategy, Plans, and Policy on the Joint Staff in Washington, D.C.
