Dave Hirao (デイヴ平尾, 1944-2008) was a Japanese singer and actor, also known by the nickname Toki Bou (時坊). Although he is sometimes stated to be born in 1945, this is due to a directive from his talent agency to state an age one year younger at the time of his professional debut. Similar circumstances occurred with fellow artist Ruiz Ruiz Kabe. Hirao was active in the entertainment industry until his passing in 2008.
