Dave Lombardo is a Cuban-American drummer, born in Havana in 1965. He is particularly known for being a founding member of the band Slayer. Lombardo contributed to nine albums with the band, including their landmark album 'Reign in Blood' released in 1986 and 'Christ Illusion' released in 2006, both of which received critical acclaim. His career has spanned over 30 years, during which he has participated in the production of 35 commercial recordings across various musical genres with bands such as Grip Inc., Fantômas, and Testament, in addition to Slayer.
