David Fletcher Hewlett Parker (born July 5, 1940) is a Canadian politician who served in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 1986 to 1991 representing the Social Credit party for Skeena. Before his political career, he was a forester and held positions as a School Board trustee in Golden and Terrace. His notable roles included serving as Minister of Forests, Minister of Crown Lands, Minister of Lands and Parks, and Minister of State for the North Coast Region in the provincial governments of Rita Johnston and Bill Vander Zalm.
