David Allen is a retired English rugby union player, born in 1981, who is best known for his time at Blackheath where he played as an openside flanker. He holds the record as the all-time try scorer in National League 1 history with 147 tries from 274 appearances. In addition to his club career, Allen was also honored with selection for the England Counties XV and the Barbarians during his rugby career.
