David Christopher John Colman, often misspelled as 'Coleman', is a British musician and radio DJ born on September 29, 1944, in Bristol. He began his musical career in 1963, replacing Eric Clapton in Casey Jones & The Engineers. The band later became Casey Jones & the Governors, achieving hits in Germany. He transitioned to a radio career at Westdeutscher Rundfunk in 1969, hosting various shows until 1997. Colman has also worked as a songwriter and had a music show on PopStop from 2013 to 2023. As of January 2024, he hosts the 'Dave Colman-Show' on Radio Matchbox.
