David John Conner, KCVO, born on April 6, 1947, in Erith, is a British Anglican bishop. He has served as the Dean of Windsor since 1998 and was the Bishop of the British Armed Forces from 2001 to 2009. Prior to that, he was the Bishop of Lynn, a suffragan bishop of the Diocese of Norwich, from 1994 to 1998, and he also served as a school chaplain.
