David Rogelio Horacio de la Riva was an Argentine military officer born in Buenos Aires on December 10, 1925. He served as the Minister of National Defense during the de facto government of Jorge Rafael Videla. A member of the Argentine Navy, he attained the rank of Rear Admiral before retiring. He passed away in Buenos Aires on October 16, 2022.
