David Walter Fee is a former American rugby union player born on December 15, 1976. He represented the United States in both 7’s and 15’s formats, primarily playing as a wing. Fee earned 28 caps for the US national 15's team between 2002 and 2005, including participation in all four matches during the 2003 Rugby World Cup. Additionally, he competed for the US 7's team at the 2005 Rugby World Cup Sevens held in Hong Kong.
