David González Lobo is a Venezuelan poet born in Barinitas, Barinas State. He holds a degree in Letters from the University of the Andes and is an honorary member of the Writers' Association of Barinas State. Since 1991, he has lived in Seville, where he co-directs Tinta China, a literary magazine, alongside Agustín María García López. The publication is recommended by UNESCO.
