Davit İşxanyan is a politician from the self-declared Republic of Artsakh, born on December 27, 1958, in Heshan, Nagorno-Karabakh. He is a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation and since August 2023 has served as the President of the National Assembly of the separatist Republic of Artsakh. He briefly held the roles of acting President of the Republic of Artsakh in September 2023. His political activities are centered around the governance of the unrecognized republic.
