David Jimenez was a Puerto Rican American professional golfer born on April 5, 1939. He participated in the golf World Cup from 1963 to 1973 and represented the United States in the 1976 PGA Cup. Jimenez was runner-up in the 1975 PGA Professional National Championship. He was also active in the European Seniors Tour since its inception in 1992, finishing as a runner-up in two events. He passed away at the age of 74 due to Alzheimer's disease on October 20, 2013.
