David Kagen is an American film and television actor, best known for his role as Sheriff Michael Garris in the 1986 horror film 'Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives.' Born and raised in Somers Point, New Jersey, he graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and founded his own acting school in Studio City, California. Additionally, he studied piano at Juilliard School.
