David Lauser, born on February 20, 1951, is a renowned American rock drummer best known for his collaboration with Sammy Hagar. He played in the band Justice Brothers before Hagar joined Montrose and later contributed to various Hagar solo albums, starting with 'Standing Hampton'. Currently, he is a member of The Waboritas and also performs with December People, a charitable band. Lauser has a daughter named Danielle Marie and was married twice; his second wife passed away in 2015. He remains active in touring with Hagar and his musical projects.
