David Lubar is an American author, video game developer, and game designer born in 1954 in Morristown. He has written numerous youth novels and is known for developing the games Frogger and Super-Breakout for Game Boy, as well as Frogger for the SNES console. Additionally, he programmed Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge for the Game Boy Color.
