David Martín Velasco, born on November 8, 1983, in Torrelaguna, is a Spanish road cyclist. He became the Spanish Junior Champion in the individual time trial in 2000. The following year, he placed third in the same event. In the 2006 season, he won the overall classification of the Bizkaiko Bira. In 2007, he rode for the Spanish Continental Team Orbea-Oreka S.D.A. and finished fifth in the overall classification at the Grande Prémio Credito Agricola in his second year with the team. In 2009, he competed for Rock Racing.
