David Ngetich, born on May 12, 1972, is a retired Kenyan marathon runner known for his impressive performances in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He won the Hamburg Marathon in 1999 with a time of 2:10:05, and achieved his personal best at the Eindhoven Marathon with a time of 2:09:24. In 2000, he placed sixth in the Venice Marathon and was the runner-up at the Prague Marathon in 2001.
