David P. Rogers is a British meteorologist and former Chief Executive of the Met Office, serving from June 2004 to July 2005. He holds a BSc from the University of East Anglia and a PhD from the University of Southampton, where he focused on numerical modelling of the atmospheric boundary layer over the ocean. Since 2007, he has been the President and Chairman of the Health and Climate Foundation, a charity based in Washington, DC.
