David Páez Picón is a retired Argentine roller hockey player born on December 9, 1975, in San Juan de la Frontera. With 49 titles won at FC Barcelona, he began his career at Concepción PC before moving to Roller Monza in 1992. He later played for CP Alcobendas and returned to Argentina with Centro Valenciano after leaving Barcelona in 2011. Páez represented Argentina internationally, winning the World Championship 'A' in 1999 and 2015. Remarkably, he was called up to the national team at nearly 40 and played a key role in their championship win.
