David Pinheiro, a Brazilian actor and comedian, was born on April 17, 1950, in Rio de Janeiro. He is best known for his character Armando Volta, famous for the catchphrase "Somebody love" from the comedy shows Escolinha do Professor Raimundo on Rede Globo and Escolinha do Barulho on Rede Record. In 2007, he starred in the play Eu Sou o Que Elas Querem?, and he also performed in notable theatrical productions such as Os Picaretas and Em Busca do Homem Perdido. In 2012, he ran for city council in Rio de Janeiro.
