David Redmond is an Irish hurler born on September 19, 1987, in The Ballagh, County Wexford. He played for the Wexford senior team from 2007 to 2017. Initially playing with Oulart–The Ballagh, he achieved considerable success, winning one Leinster medal and eight county championships. Redmond debuted with the Wexford minor team at seventeen, followed by the under-21 team. He found success with the intermediate team, securing an All-Ireland medal in 2007. Redmond was a versatile player in defense, midfield, and attack, retiring from inter-county hurling in January 2018.
