De Coy, born Katarzyna Rakowska Smoczyńska (née Ziemek) on December 19, 1972, in Ustka, is a Polish vocalist. She made her debut in 1986 with the band Bruno Wątpliwy, which later evolved into the group Fading Colours, known for their gothic rock music. In 2004, she released her debut album, 'Pleasure For Nothing,' in collaboration with Rudolf Świerczyński, through Big Blue Records.
