Deiniol Morris is a Welsh director and musician born in May 1963. He was a member of the group Maffia Mr Huws. He studied animation at the University of Wales, Newport, where he met Mike Mort in 1989. The two established their own production company, Aaargh Animation. Morris, alongside Mike Mort, won the BAFTA Cymru for Best Animation in 1995, 1997, and 1998 for the work on Gogs.
