Derek Appleby (1937-1995) was a notable British astrology teacher and chair of the Astrological Lodge of London. He co-founded a renewed interest in horary astrology and published various works, including 'Horary Astrology: An Introduction to the Astrology of Time,' which presents his insights and practical applications. Appleby died on January 19, 1995, from a heart attack.
