Derio L. Gambaro is an American politician and a member of the Democratic Party. He served in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1998 to 2002, representing parts of South St. Louis. Gambaro grew up in St. Louis, graduated from St. Louis University, and was involved in local politics, including a position on the St. Louis board of election commissioners. Although he ran for a state Senate seat in 2006, he did not win. In 2007, he was appointed to the Missouri State Board of Education by Governor Blunt.
