Deryk Houston (born January 7, 1954) is a Canadian artist known for his impactful nature art projects highlighting social issues, particularly regarding Iraq's children during sanctions. His work includes large-scale installations made from natural materials, displayed worldwide. Houston has been featured in a National Film Board of Canada documentary, 'From Baghdad to Peace Country', and his creations are part of the Canadian War Museum. In 2015, he helped build a Peace Garden with Woodwynn Farms to aid the homeless, incorporating sculptures and a labyrinth to foster community and peace.
