Dídimo de Castro Pereira, widely known as Dídimo de Castro, is a Brazilian journalist, radio host, commentator, and sports broadcaster born on February 16, 1944, in Esperantina. He is currently a presenter and commentator at TV Cidade Verde and a radio host at Rádio Cidade Verde. In 1962, he teamed up with Carlos Said, forming a well-known sports duo in the state of Piauí. He authored the book 'Gol contra a imprensa esportiva' and made his final radio narration on October 19, 2022, during the Copa do Brasil final.
