Born on March 6, 1946, in Votuporanga, he actively participated in leftist revolutionary movements, including the Communist Party of Brazil (PCdoB) and several associated organizations. He was involved in the assassination of a businessman in 1971 as an act of vengeance. Casemiro was killed shortly after, under circumstances indicating torture by military forces. His legacy was examined by the National Truth Commission in 2013, revealing the harsh realities faced by political dissidents during the regime.
