Dina Volkats (1920, Poltava – after 1985, Moscow) was a participant in the Great Patriotic War and a dog training expert specialized in mine detection. She was the first and only woman to hold a commander position in the mine detection service during the war. Volkats contributed to the training of Dina, the first sabotage dog in the Red Army, which was crucial for the service. Additionally, she worked as a photographer for her husband, the renowned cynologist A.P. Mazover, and her biography was published in 2010.
