Ding Qiusheng (November 9, 1913 – January 4, 1995) was a Chinese general in the People's Liberation Army, holding the rank of major general since September 1955. He had notable roles such as the political director of the Zhejiang Military Region and the first political commissar of the North Sea Fleet. He served in various capacities, including as a department head at the East China Military Region and the Nanjing Military Region. Ding completed his education at the Central Party School and Higher Military Academy and passed away in 1995.
