Dmitri, born Robert Roscoe Royster on November 2, 1923, in Teague, Texas, was an American clergyman of the Orthodox Church in America. He served as the Archbishop of the Southern Diocese from 1978 until 2009. Additionally, he led the Mexican Exarchate from 1972 to 2008. Dmitri was a prominent figure in the Church and contributed to its growth and outreach during his tenure.
